After finishing the final touches with the help of our beta users, we can now launch a new template for the PRO Plan: Gentileschi!
This template features a strong contrasting color (red by default, but you can customize it as you wish), square angles, and expanded information for the gallery list. We named this design after Artemisia Lomi Gentileschi (1593–1656), an Italian Baroque painter who developed historical and religious themes and was especially known for her paintings of female figures such as Lucretia, Bathsheba, Judith, and Cleopatra, in whom proto-feminist traits have been interpreted.
Like the rest of the designs, if you're on the PRO Plan, you'll find it listed under "Appearance" -> "Templates and Designs", and you can customize the main color by changing "Button Mode Link Color" under "Appearance" -> "Colors".

It's been a while since we release a new template on PRO Plan for your website, so we worked these last weeks to get that right! We've been working these last weeks on a new template we named after Artemisia Gentileschi, Italian Baroque painter.

As you know, almost since the beginning of our private beta (11 years ago now!) we've been active on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, promoting our users' work and linking news about illustration, comics, and visual art that we find interesting.
After the events of the last two years, especially related to Elon Musk's purchase of the platform formerly known as Twitter, his subsequent poor business practices, and his alarming political drift, we believe it's time to start our way out of this platform.
We've been on Bluesky for a few weeks now and you can follow us there, and when the time comes, we'll stop posting on our X/Twitter account. See you on Bluesky!

In the 11 years we've been working with Drawfolio, we've always wanted to work closely with professional illustration associations. We've had agreements with several of them for years, giving their members preferential discounts on our paid plans. Over time, we've expanded these benefits, as was the case with APIV (Association of Professional Illustrators of Valencia) last year.
Since then, we've also renewed our agreement with APIC (Association of Professional Illustrators of Catalonia) to offer its members the same expanded conditions as APIV. We've also begun collaborating with a recently created professional association: APIAST (Association of Illustration Professionals of Asturias).
If you're a member of any of these associations, you'll already have our codes that give you huge discounts on the PRO Plan and other extras for every year you're a Drawfolio member (unlike the rest of our promotions, which are only for the first year).
And if you're a member of a professional illustration association and we don't have a partnership with it, email us and we'll try to make it happen!
